GOP frontrunner Donald Trump told Fox News that, if elected, he would appoint judges who would reverse the Supreme Court’s landmark decision to legalize same-sex marriage nationwide.
“It has been ruled upon,’ he said. “It has been there. If I’m elected I would be very strong in putting certain judges on the bench that maybe could change things, but they have a long way to go. I disagree with the court in that it should have been a states’ rights issue.”
Trump, who has been married three times, is currently in the lead in the Republican field by a large margin, and is fully expected to win today’s Iowa caucuses. –LGBTQ Nation
