A “Doctored” Fake Document

It is amazing and fascinating what one can do with a computer. For instance, one can alter documents and photographs, and make them "look like" they are "original, authentic, and true", when in fact they are fake. However, one who is computer savvy can detect whether [or not] a document or photo had been altered and "doctored", and how it was altered and "doctored".
