Maxine Waters’ Slip-of-the-tongue?

Watch the attached video clip which shows Congresswoman Maxine Waters discussing drilling for new oil reserves. She explained, in a slip-of-the-tongue, what the [government's] whole thing is all about. Whoops! She let it all slip out. What she [accidentally] said must be "the truth"(?). Notice how she stopped dead in her own tracks when she realized what she revealed to the public and the news media. . .but it was too late.

Waters leaked out the "agenda of the future".
